Michele:

What are you most excited about this laptop so far?

Discovered quite by accident that it can use the docking station I already have! SO voila, instant desktop set up!

What is not your favorite about this laptop so far?

Might be more a ‘me’ problem and something I will get used to; but when I’m using the laptop keyboard (as opposed to the docking station keyboard) there seem to be a lot of keyboard shortcuts that I accidently click on that bring up menus/windows and options by mistake! Just a tad annoying, not a showstopper by any means.

What feature are you most thankful that you got on this laptop?

The SSD! (Solid state drive) This is my first device with a SSD, and its quite snappy and responsive when opening up apps and documents on my laptop.

Sammy:

What are you most excited about this laptop so far?

I love that it can handle my video editing program!

Honestly, that was why I purchased it in the first place. It is such a game changer to be able to work on even the most taxing of video projects from wherever I want to be:

  • On the couch
  • Traveling
  • Dog sitting

There is no restriction to my apartment desktop pc and that’s what I’m most excited about!

What is not your favorite about this laptop so far?

Weird answer, but my least favorite feature so far is probably the charging cord… which I suppose I could replace? The power block portion is really large and comes detached easily. I have to really make sure they are connected so that I’m not missing any charge.

I guess it’s a good problem to have, since it’s probably a replaceable piece to my set up!

What feature are you most thankful that you got on this laptop?

The warranty!

I’m not usually someone to get the warranty, but knowing how much we paid for this machine, my spouse and I knew getting the best warranty we could would make us feel better.

We especially added this on because we plan to be traveling more and more over the next few years which means working from the road where so much more could go wrong. Having this warranty makes us feel so much more secure!

That’s where we’re at, now we want to hear from you!
